| 摘 要： | 目的：观察砭石治疗青少年假性近视的疗效。方法：60例符合纳入标准的青少年假性近视患者,随机分为砭石治疗组（30例）及针刺治疗组（30例）,两组经过20日的治疗后比较其疗效。结果：砭石治疗组在视力改善、眼疲劳改善及全身症状改善均优于针刺对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：砭石治疗青少年假性近视疗效优于针刺治疗,是行之有效的治疗方法。

| Abstract: | Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of Bian stone in the treatment of Callan pseudo myopia.Methods：60 cases of Callan pseudo myopia were randomly divided into 2 groups,30 cases were treated by the Bian stone therapy（Bian stone therapy group）and another 30 cases were treated by acupuncture（acupuncture group）.After 20 days of treatments,the clinical efficacy was observed and compared between 2 groups of patients.Results：Compared with the acupuncture group,Bian stone therapy group had significantly efficacy in improving visual acuity,reliving asthenopia as well as systemic symptom（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Bian stone therapy is significantly efficient than acupuncture in treating Callan psedo myopia. |
