奥曲肽联合奥美拉唑治疗上消化道出血25例临床观察

目的观察奥曲肽与奥美拉唑联合应用治疗上消化道出血的疗效。方法将47例上消化道出血患者分为治疗组（25例）与对照组（22例），两组病员均进行常规补液，对症支持等治疗，治疗组在此基础上给予奥曲肽联合奥美拉唑静脉注射；对照组采用垂体后叶索、西咪替丁等治疗；观察两组的治疗效果。结果治疗组总有效率96％，未发现明显副作用；对照组总有效率77％，有腹痛、心律失常等副作用，两组疗效比较有显著差异，治疗组效果优于对照组。结论奥曲肽与奥美拉唑联合治疗上消化道出血显效快，疗效高，使用安全。

Clinical Observation of the Combined Treatment with Octreotide and Omeprarole for Hemorrhage of Upper Digestive Tract in 25 Cases

Objective To observe the curative effect of the combined treatment with octreotide and omeprarole for hemorrhage of upper digestive tract. Methods 47 cases with hemorrhage of upper digestive tract were randomly divided into 2 groups ： treatment group （ n = 25 ） and control group （ n = 22 ） ; routine infusion and symptomatic supportive treatment were given to patients in both groups,and in addition, patients in treatment group received intravenous injection of octreotide plus omeprarole and patients in control group were administrated to take pituitrin and cimetidine; the curative effects in both groups were observed. Result The total effective rate in treatment group was 96% with no obvious side - effect while that in control group was 77% with the side - effect as abdominal pain and arrhythmia; there existed a significant difference in curative effect between the 2 groups,the curative effect in treatment group was much superior to that of control group. Conclusions The combined treatment with octreotide and omerarole is of quick and strong effect and safe application for hemorrhage of upper digestive tract.
