超声系统筛查在胎儿心脏发育异常产前诊断中的应用及效果分析

目的了解超声系统筛查在胎儿心脏发育异常产前诊断中的应用及效果。方法对2007—2009年在我院接受产前超声检查的3046例孕妇,登记其检查出的心脏异常结果,并追踪至出生或引产后验证结果。比较检查和验证结果。结果产前超声检查共查出胎儿心脏发育异常21例,产后验证结果22例,检出率为6．9‰、漏诊率0．3‰。无误诊病例,漏诊部位3处。结论与其它产前超声检查方法比较,本法对心脏发育异常的漏检和误检率均较低,对减低心脏发育异常的出生缺陷有帮助,值得推广。

Ultrasound screening in the prenatal diagnosis of fetal cardiac abnormalities.

Objective To understand the systematic ultrasound screening in the prenatal diagnosis of cardiac defects. Methods In 2007 - 2009 in our hospital, prenatal ultrasound cardiac examinations of 3046 pregnant women were made. The abnormal results were followed up after the birth or abortion. Then the prenatal uhrasoumd diagmoses were verified with clinical or pathological examinations. Results The heart abnormalities were detected in 21 cases by ultrasound, and post-natal verified in 22 cases （6.9%0） , misdiagnosis rate was 0.30%0. Conclusion The prenatal ultrasound diagnosis of heart abnormalities is useful, and false detection rate is low. It is worthy of promotion.
