突出新安医学特色 培育高素质中医学人才

围绕国家教育部中医学特色专业建设,通过修订中医学专业的人才培养方案,加强教育教学方法改革,实施“双导师制”的师承教育新模式;注重发挥我省新安医学的特色优势,充实有关新安医学的特色教学内容;进一步加强师资队伍和实践教学基地建设,强化学生的实践能力培养。探讨培养中医学人才的新途径、新方法,构建融传授知识、培养能力与提高素质为一体、既赋有时代特征又具有新安医学特色的中医学人才培养模式,达到培养具有新安医学优良传统、高尚的人文精神、良好的科学素养、扎实的基础知识、较强的实践能力及开拓创新意识的高素质中医实用人才的目的。
