| 摘 要： | 本文采用酶免疫法测定27名健康成人及79例消化系癌症患者血清CEA水平。结果表明,胃癌组、结-直肠癌组以及原发性肝癌组CEA含量与对照组之间差异非常显著(P<0.01);食道癌组与对照组相比差异显著(P<0.05)。各病例组血清CEA检出的阳性率均远高于对照组。因此,作者认为用酶免疫法检测血清CEA值,对消化系癌症的辅助诊断有一定临床价值。

| Abstract: | Enzyme immunosorbent assay (EIA ) was employed to determine the scrum CEA level in 27 normal adults and 79 digestive system cancer cases. The results suggested that the higher scrum CEA level was associated with gastric, coloroctal and primary hepatic cancers.The serum CEA content was higher in esophagus cancers than in the control group (P<0. 05). The positive rate in digestive system canotrs was 58.2%, far higher compared with that in the control group (7.4%).It is believed that the determination of serum CEA will be helpful in the diagnosis of digestive system cancer. |
