正常妊娠妇女卵泡休止素水平的变化及其临床意义

目的:探讨正常妊娠妇女卵泡休止素(FS)水平变化及其临床意义.方法:采用FS双抗体酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)测定210例妊娠晚期妇女的血清FS水平,同时测定51例妊娠晚期妇女血清中游离雌三醇(FE3)的水平,并分析其与FS的关系.结果:血清中FS浓度随着孕周的增加而升高,与孕周呈正相关.建立正常妊娠晚期每相邻两周血清FS参考值.妊娠晚期FS水平变化与FE3水平变化呈正相关.结论:FS可作为估计孕周、判定胎儿-胎盘单位功能的一项生化指标.

Changes and significance of serum follistatin in women with normal late pregnancy

Objective: To study the changes of concentrations of follstatin (FS) in women with normal late pregnancy. Methods: The FS was determined by using sandwich enzymelinked immunoabsorbent assay (ELISA) in 210 women. We also determined the free estriol (FE3) levels in 51 women, and analyzed the possible correlation between levels of FS and FE3. Results: The serum FS increased with the advance of pregnancy. There was a strongly positive correlation between serum FS and gestational weeks (r=0.864, P<0.001). We established the reference value of FS between every 2 weeks in the late gestation. Level of FS was positively correlated with level of FE3. Conclusion: The FS can be used as a biochemical index for estimating gestational weeks and evaluate feto-placental unit function.
