高血压血管内皮功能与血浆SOD、丙二醛水平的相关性研究

摘    要:目的:通过检测原发性高血压患者血浆中一氧化氮(NO)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD),丙二醛(MDA)含量,探讨高血压血管内皮功能与氧化应激相关性。方法:选取原发性高血压患者30例,无高血压健康人28例,分别用硝酸还原酶法、硫代巴比妥酸法及黄嘌呤氧化酶法检测NO、SOD、MDA含量。结果:与正常对照组相比,原发性高血压患者血浆中NO、SOD水平显著下降(P<0.05),MDA水平显著升高(P<0.05)。结论:原发性高血压病人血管内皮功能减退,NO减少,与氧化应激增强有关。

Abstract:Objective: To study the correlation of vascular endothelial function and oxidative stress by detecting the serum content of nitric oxide (NO), malonyldialdehyde (MDA) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) in patients with essential hypertension (EH). Methods: The serum content of NO, MDA and SOD were measured respectively by nitrate reductase, thiobarbituric acid and xanthine oxidase methods. Results: Comparison with the control group, the level of NO and the activity of SOD were significantly decreased (P<0. 05) , while MDA content was significantly elevated (P<0. 05) in 30 patients with EH. Conclusion: The results suggest that the serum level of NO and vascular endothelial decrease in patients with EH, which was related to increased oxidative stress.
