血浆同型半胱氨酸、叶酸、维生素B12水平测定与脑卒中的关系

摘    要:目的探讨血浆同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、叶酸、维生素B12水平与脑卒中的关系及临床意义。方法用循环酶法和化学发光法检测168例脑卒中患者(脑梗死96例,脑出血42例,短暂性缺血发作30例)血浆中同型半胱氨酸、叶酸、维生素B12水平,并与同期40例健康体检者进行了对照。结果脑卒中患者血浆中Hcy含量均明显高于对照组(P<0.01);叶酸和维生素B12水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论高同型半胱氨酸血症为脑卒中发病的独立危险因素之一,与叶酸和维生素B12水平下降有关。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the relationship and the clinical significance between stroke disease and the serum levels of homocysteine(Hcy),folate and vitamin B(12).Methods The serum levels of Hcy,folate and vitamin B(12) in 168 patients of stroke(96 cases of cerebralinfarction,42 cases of hemorrhage,30 cases of temporality ischemic attack) were measured by cyclophorase method and chemiluminescence and with compared with those of 40 cases in healthy controls.Results The serum Hcy levels in patients of stroke were significantly higher than those in healthy controls(P<0.01),whereas the folate and vitamin B(12) levels were significantly lower than those in healthy controls(P<0.05).Conclusion The high serum level of homocysteine may be an independent risk factor for stroke and it is correlate with decreased levels of folate and vitamin B(12).
