C肽联合胰岛素对糖尿病小白鼠肾脏的影响

目的研究C肽联合胰岛素治疗对糖尿病小白鼠肾脏病变的改善作用。方法选取小白鼠50只，分为正常对照组（NC组）、糖尿病组（DM组），糖尿病组用链脲佐菌素诱发小白鼠成模后，随机分为三组：糖尿病对照组（DC组）、胰岛素组（IG组）和胰岛素＋C肽组（ICG组）。治疗8周后测定各组小白鼠24小时尿白蛋白排泄率（UAER）、肾重／体重，并观察糖尿病小白鼠肾脏超微结构变化。结果胰岛素＋C肽组肾重／体重比值低于糖尿病组（P〈0．05），与胰岛素组和正常对照组差异无显著性。胰岛素＋C肽组小白鼠肾小球体积明显小于糖尿病组（P〈0．05），与胰岛素组和正常对照组无显著性差异（P〉0．05）。24小时尿白蛋白排泄率糖尿病组明显升高，胰岛素组低于糖尿病组，但差异无显著性，胰岛素＋C肽组与正常对照组相似。结论C肽联合胰岛素治疗可明显改善糖尿病小白鼠肾脏病变。

Effect of diabetic nephropathy treated with c-peptide combined insulin in mice

Objective To research the improve effect of diabetic nephropathy treated with c-peptide combined insulin in mice.Methods Total 50 mice were randomly divided into two groups,including normal control group(NC) and diabetes mellitus group(DM),the later were induced with streptozotocin and divided into three groups randomly,including diabetes mellitus group,insulin group(IG) and insulin combined c-peptide group(ICG).8 weeks treatment later,24 hours urinary albumin excretion rate(UAER) and weight of kidney / body were measured,and ultrastructure of the kidney was observed.Results The weight of kidney / body in ICG decreased significantly compared with DC(P<0.05),but similar to NC(P>0.05).The volume of glomcrulus was decreased remarkably compared with NC and DC(P<0.05),but similar to DC and NC(P>0.05).UAER was similarly between NC and ICG.Conclusion Diabetic nephropathy can be improved by treatment with c-peptide combined insulin.
