人脑星形细胞瘤中p53,bcl—2基因表达的研究

摘    要:目的:探讨p53,bcl-2基因在人脑星形细胞瘤发生发展中的作用。以及上述基因蛋白检测对星形细胞瘤的诊断,分级的临床意义。方法:采用免疫组化S-P染色法对47例人脑星形细胞瘤组织蜡块标本进行p53,bcl-2基因蛋白检测。结果:47例脑星形细胞瘤中p53,bcl-2蛋白的阳性率分别为48.9%(23/47),57.4%(27/46),其中多形性胶质母细胞瘤的p53基因蛋白阳性水平高于星行细胞瘤,而bcl-2蛋白阳性水平则是星行细胞瘤高于多形性胶质母细胞瘤。结论:p53,bcl-2基因的异常表达与人脑星形细胞瘤的发生,发展有密切关系,对星形细胞瘤的病理分级和预后判断有积极的意义。

Abstract:Objective To realize the significance of p53 and bcl 2 genes in the development and pathologic diagnosis of human brain astrocytoma Methods 47 cases of gliomas were detected by S P immunohistochemical staining Result Expression of p53 and bcl 2 proteins were positive in 48 9% (23/47), 57 4% (27/47) respectively; p53 expresssion of glioblastoma multiply was more high than p53 expresssion of astrocytoma, whereas most astrocytoma was positive bcl 2 protein Conclusion The two genes play an important role in the development of astrocytoma; the detection of these genes proteins has a positive significance on malignancy determination for astrocytoma
