| 摘 要： | 目的：观察洛赛克四联法对复发性消化性溃疡病的疗效。方法：随机分洛赛克四联法（治疗组）与洛赛克三联法（对照组）各60例对比观察，两组均经6wk治疗，内镜诊断溃疡愈合，嗣后依每年复检1－2次，并连续观察5年，结果：治疗组1－5年内溃疡复发27例（45％），对照组复发36例（60％），两组对比有显著性差异（P＜0．05），结论：应用洛赛克四联法可有效的降低消化性溃疡病的复发，且优于对照组（洛赛克三联法）。

| Abstract: | Objective In order to observe the Losec tetrad therapeutical effect of recurrent digestive ulcer Methods 120 cases of patient were divided into two grups in random(Losec tetrad therapy group and control),each group accepted 6 wk therapy and each patient was diagnosised healing by endoscopic,each patient was rechected 1~2 every year and it was continuous 5years Resuits the recurrent rate of patients in Losec tetrad therapy group was 36 cases(60%),the rate of control was 27 cases(45%),there was great difference in two groups(P<0 05) Conclusion Losec tetrad therapy could decrease the recurrent rate effectly and was superior to control group |
