依达拉奉联合奥扎格雷钠治疗急性脑梗死疗效观察

目的：观察依达拉奉和奥扎格雷钠联合治疗急性脑梗死的疗效。方法：将69例急性脑梗死患者随机分为联合治疗组（35例）和对照组（34例）。联合治疗组使用依达拉奉30 mg静脉滴注,每天2次,连用14天;奥扎格雷钠80 mg静脉滴注,每日2次,连用14天。对照组单用奥扎格雷钠,用法同联合治疗组。两组治疗前后均进行神经功能缺损程度评分,凝血指标和肝肾功能检查。结果：联合治疗组的总有效率（82.86%）明显高于对照组（61.76%）（P〈0.05）。联合治疗组1例出现肾功能轻度异常,停药后恢复。结论：依达拉奉与奥扎格雷钠联用能显著提高急性脑梗死患者的疗效。

Curative effects of edaravone combined with sodium ozagrel on treating acute cerebral infarction

Objective: To observe the curative effects of edaravone combined with sodium ozagrel on treating acute cerebral infarction(ACI). Methods: 69 patients with ACI were randomly divided into two groups. United treatment group(35 patients) was treated with edaravone 30 mg iv dirp bid for 14days, and sodium ozagrel 80mg iv drip bid for 14 days. Control group (34 patients) was treated with sodium ozagrel only, whose usage was the same as that of united treatment group. Neurological deficit scores, blood clotting index, liver and renal function were examined before and after treatment in both groups. Results: The total effective rate (82.86%) of the unite treatment group was obviously higher than that of the control group(61.76%)(P<0.05). Slight abnormal renal function occurred in one patient of the united treatment group, who recovered after stopping that medication. Conclusion: Edaravone combined with sodium ozagrel can notably improve the symptom of ACI patients.
