宁波市7岁以下儿童生长发育状况研究

目的了解宁波市7岁以下儿童的生长发育状况,为改善儿童生长发育工作提供科学依据。方法随机整群抽样调查宁波市64038名7岁以下儿童,测量其身高和体重,与2006年WHO推荐的年龄别身高（HFA）和年龄别体重（WFA）比较,并对1月龄以上的儿童测定其血红蛋白。结果参照WHO推荐的HFA和WFA标准,宁波市7岁以下儿童的超重和肥胖总发生率为5.17%,体重低下发生率为4.93%,生长迟缓发生率为8.81%,1月龄～7岁儿童的贫血患病率为5.32%,其中6～8月龄组的婴儿贫血患病率高达25.00%。结论宁波市7岁以下儿童的生长发育状况亟需改善,尤其是6～8月龄组的婴儿贫血患病率较高,需要加强家长的喂养知识教育。

A Study on Growth Development Status of Children Aged under 7 in Ningbo

Objective To understand the growth development status of children under 7 in Ningbo. And to provide the scientific basis for devising new tactics that improves childre＇s growth development status. Methods 64038 children under 7 years old in Ningbo, who were selected by randomized cluster sampling, were measured their height and weight. Then the data were compared with HFA and WFA recommended by WHO in 2006. Meanwhile, the hemoglobin of children, who were older than 1 month, was determined. Results Compared with the standard of HFA and WFA, the prevalence of overweight and obesity was 5. 17%, the prevalence of low weight was 4. 93%, and the prevalence of growth retardation is 8.81% ; then the prevalence of anemia in children aged from 1 month to 7 years old was 5.32%, especially that in children aged from 6 to 8 months, which reaches up to 25.00%. Conclusion The growth development status of children under 7 years old in Ningbo should be improved. There is a high prevalence of anemia in children aged from 6 to 8 months. It is necessity to strengthen the patents＇education about feeding knowledge.
