老年急性胰腺炎59例临床分析

目的:探讨老年急性胰腺炎的临床特点。方法:回顾性分析2001年6月～2008年12月59老年急性胰腺炎的病例资料。结果:59例老年急性胰腺炎患者共发病70例次,其主要的病因是胆道疾病66.1%(39/59),首发症状以腹痛为主84.7%(50/59),CT检查阳性诊断率75%(30/40),略高于腹部B超69%(47/68),无显著性差异。结论:老年急性胰腺炎的主要致病原因是胆系疾病,患者症状多不典型,CT检查是辅助诊断的良好手段。

Clinical investigation on 59 cases of acute pancreatitis in elderly patients

Objective：To investigate the clinical features of acute pancreatitis（AP）in elderly patients.Methods：The clinical data were retrospectively analyzed in 59 elderly AP patients during Jan.2001 and Dec.2008.Results：Seventy episodes were found in the 59 elderly AP patients,and the biliary tract disorders were responsible for the disease attack（66.1%）,which was characterized by typical abdominal pain（84.7%）.Diagnosis by CT or B-type ultrasonography showed no significant difference（75% vs.69%,respectively）.Conclusion：The major cause of AP is the result of biliary tract disorders,with atypical symptoms.CT examination may be helpful in diagnosis of this disease.
