孕激素阻断子宫内膜癌前病变癌变雌孕激素受体的测定

目的 :孕激素治疗子宫内膜癌前病变 ,使其转变为正常内膜 ,测定治疗前后子宫内膜雌激素受体和孕激素受体 (ER.PR) ,以了解子宫内膜改变时 ,ER.PR的变化情况。方法 :对 32例癌前病变内膜孕激素治疗前后的石蜡切片 ,采用单克隆抗体免疫组化法测定子宫内膜 ER.PR。结果 :孕激素治疗后 ,子宫内膜由腺瘤样增生或非典型性增生逆转为正常内膜 ER.PR下降 ,前后有显著性差异 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论 :孕激素可有效的阻断子宫内膜癌前病变的恶变 ,并使其逆转为正常内膜 ,同时使子宫内膜 ER.PR下调。

Detection of estrogen receptor of endometrium precancerosis blocked by pregnancy hormone

Objective: Treat the endometrium precancerosis with pregnancy hormone, changed the endometrium as the normal mesentery, detect the endometrium estrogen receptor and pregnancy hormone receptor (ER.PR) before and after treatment to know the change of ER.PR when the endometrium have pathological changes. Methods: 32 olefin slices of precancerosis mesentery treated by pregnancy hormone before an after, were detected the ER.PR of endometrium with the monoclonal antibody immunity histochemistry method. Results: After treatment with the pregnancy hormone, endometrium transferred from adenoma hyperplasia or atypism hyperplasia to normal mesentery, ER.PR descended, it has significantly difference before and after ( P <0 05). Conclusion: Pregnancy hormone can block the endometrium precancerosis effectively and made it transfer to normal mesentery, the ER.PR descended.
