胃癌组织Rac1表达与临床病理特征的相关性

【目的】研究胃癌组织中Rac1蛋白表达与临床病理特征和生存期并讨论其临床意义。【方法】运用免疫组化和组织芯片技术联合检测胃癌组织95例,对应淋巴结30例（其中有转移灶20例）,无癌癌旁≥6cm组织27例进行Rac1蛋白的表达。另取30例胃正常组织作对照。【结果】正常胃粘膜Rac1蛋白表达阳性率（13.3%）明显低于胃癌组织（72.0%）和癌旁组织（55.6%,P〈0.01）。Rac1蛋白表达与淋巴结转移、分化程度、浸润深度及Lauren分型密切相关（P〈0.05）。胃癌原发灶Rac1蛋白表达阳性率（85.0%）高于相应淋巴结转移灶（60.0%,P〈0.05）。COX多因素回归分析表明,Rac1蛋白表达阳性患者生存时间明显缩短（P〈0.05）,是生存期预测因子。【结论】胃癌组织Rac1蛋白与胃癌临床病理特征和生存期密切相关。

Relationship between expression of Rac1 and clinical pathological characteristics in gastric cancer

【Objective】To analyze the relationship the expression of Rac1 in gastric cancer tissues which was evaluated and tumor clinicopathological features and patient＇s survival.【Methods】Tissue microarray and immunohistochemical staining of Rac1 were performed from paraffin specimens of 95 gastric cancer tissue,including 30 lymph nodes and 27 paracancer tissue（≥6 cm from cancer border with no cancer cell）,and 30 healthy gastric specimens as controls.【Results】Expression of Rac1 was demonstrated in 72.0% of gastric cancer tissue,55.6% of paracancer tissue and 13.3% of healthy control tissue（P0.01）.Expression of Rac1 correlated with lymph node metastasis,tumor differentiation status,Lauren classification and invasive depth significantly（P0.05,respectively）.The Rac1 expression rate was higher in the primary gastric cancer tissue（85.0%）than that in the lymph node metastasis（60.0%,P0.05）.The survival was significantly shorter in tumors patients with positive expression of Rac1（P0.05）.【Conclusions】Rac1 expression is closely related to clinical pathology of gastric cancer and patient survival.Expression of Rac1 may be a useful prognostic marker for the disease.
