| 摘 要： | 目的:研究钩藤和罗布麻有效组分组成的复方降压片(FFJYP,钩藤有效组分:罗布麻有效组分＝2:1)对肾性高血压大鼠(renovascular hypertension rat, RHR)血压的影响及其对豚鼠眩晕模型症状的改善.方法:采用两肾一夹方法造成大鼠肾性高血压模型来观察FFJYP的降压作用,对RHR大鼠血浆中血管紧张素II(ANG II)和心钠素(ANP)含量进行测定;用三氯甲烷造成豚鼠眩晕模型,以眼球震颤和头左右摇摆为观察指标观察FFJYP对豚鼠眩晕症状的改善.结果:FFJYP可明显降低肾性高血压大鼠的血压,改善豚鼠的眩晕症状,提高大鼠血清中ANP含量,但无统计学意义.结论:由钩藤和罗布麻有效成分组成的FFJYP有降低肾性高血压大鼠血压的作用,其作用可能与升高ANP含量有关.

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the effects of Fufanf Jiangya Pian (FFJYP) on decreasing blood pressure in rats with renal hypertension and to investigate its mechanism. Methods: The pharmacological activity of FFJYP was performed by using the renal hypertension rat model and guinea pig dazzle model. Blood pressure decreasing range, content of Ang II and ANP in plasma, and the dazzle symptom of guinea pig were observed. Results: FFJYP can decrease obviously blood pressure; increase the content of ANP and relief the dazzle symptom of guinea pig in different degree. Conclusions: FFJYP has an effect in decreasing blood pressure of rats with renal hypertension and its mechanism may be related to the regulation of plasma levels of ANP. |
