负压抽吸硅橡胶印模应用于铸造桩核冠修复的临床研究

摘    要:目的:探讨铸造桩核冠常规印模过程中失败的原因,研究负压抽吸硅橡胶印模应用于铸造桩核冠的临床意义.方法:301例428颗前牙按就诊次序非随机对照分组,用直接滴蜡法、琼脂注入法、硅像胶直接注入法、硅橡胶负压抽吸法4种不同印模法分别制取根管印模,并进行观察、对照、分析,总结各种印模法的完好率、精确率.结果:直接滴蜡法103颗,28颗印模缺损;琼脂注入法105颗,25颗印模缺损;硅橡胶直接注入法110颗,17颗印模缺损;硅橡胶负压抽吸法110颗,无一例缺损.结论:本研究使用的印模法临床操作卫生,简单易行,印模完整、清晰,达到了临床精度要求.

Abstract:Objective: To study clinical importance of casting pile-core crown with negative pressure suction silastic impressions and analyze reasons for the failure of routine impressions in pile-core crown. Methods: 428 anterior teeth in 301 clinical cases were chosen for the study. Canal impressions were made with 4 different impression methods, including direct-wax-dripping, agar-infu-sion, Silastic infusion and negative pressure suction. Then, rates of integrity and precision were observed, analyzed, compared and summarized. Results: Following results were obtained. 28 impressions out of 103 anterior teeth with direct-wax-dripping, 25 impressions out of 105 with agar-infusion, 17 out of 110 with silastic infusion were shown to be defective respectively. However, in the 110 anterior teeth with negative pressure suction silastic impression, none was shown to be detective. Conclusion: Clinical application of negative pressure suction Silastic impression has the following advantages: aseptic manipulation, easy operation, fine impression integrity, good clarity and precise casting.
