静脉畸形是常见的良性病变,发生在头面部者约占整个良性肿瘤及瘤样病变的50%,严重影响患者的容貌和功能,甚至可并发大出血或呼吸道梗阻而危及生命。目前采用的治疗方法有手术、激光、硬化剂注射、微波照射等。小而浅表的静脉畸形治疗较为简单,然而,累及多个解剖分区的深部而广泛的病变治疗起来比较棘手,甚至是一种挑战。笔者根据多年来的临床治疗经验,并结合文献进行总结,推荐以硬化疗法为主的综合治疗。只要硬化剂选择适当,操作技术正确,它具有其他疗法不能替代的独特疗效和美容效果。

The treatment for maxillofacial venous malformation

Venous malformation is a common benign lesion and takes up about 50% in the whole benign tumors and tumor-like lesions of head and face. It can seriously affect patients’ appearance and function， even with complications of hemorrhage or obstruction of upper airway . Treatment methods include surgery，laser therapy and sclerotherapy， microwave irradiation and others. Treatment for small and superficial venous malformation is simple;however， for those deep and extensive lesions， the treatment becomes difficult and even a challenge. This paper summarizes therapy for maxillofacial venous malformation based on the authors’experience and relevant literature，and recommends comprehensive treatment with sclerotherapy as the main method. With appropriate sclerosing agent and correct operation， sclerotherapy has irreplaceable distinctive curative effects and cosmetic results.
