脾虚模型大鼠学习记忆障碍及归脾汤的改善作用

摘    要:目的探讨脾虚模型大鼠学习记忆的变化及归脾汤的改善作用。方法采用苦降泻下、饮食失节加劳倦过度法建立脾虚大鼠模型,检测其学习记忆等行为。结果水迷宫实验:学习期,模型组游全程时间较长(52.91±15.98)s],错误次数较多(5.60±1.90)次],与正常组(39.0±15.72)次;(3.50±1.18)次]比较,差异有显著性(P<0.01);治疗组游全程时间较短,错误次数较少,与正常组比较差异无显著性;A方对照组游全程的时间较长,错误次数较多,与正常组比较差异有显著性(P<0.01);B方对照组游全程的时间较长,与正常组、治疗组比较,差异有显著性(P<0.01),错误次数较少,与正常组、治疗组比较差异无显著性。记忆期,模型组游全程时间较长,错误次数较多,与正常组比较,差异有显著性(P<0.01);治疗组游全程时间较短,错误次数较少,与正常组比较差异无显著性;A方对照组游全程的时间较长,错误次数较多,与正常组、治疗组比较差异有显著性(P<0.01);B方对照组游全程的时间较短,错误次数较少,与正常组、治疗组比较,差异无显著性。跳台实验:学习期和记忆期,模型组错误次数较多,潜伏期短,与正常组比较,差异有显著性(P<0.01);治疗组错误次数较少,潜伏期长,记忆期成绩与正常组比较,差异无显著性;A方对照组错误次数较多,潜伏期短,与正常组、治疗组比较差异显著;B方对照组错误次数较少,潜伏期较长,与正常组、治疗组比较差异无显著性。旷野实验、自发活动:模型组探究活动及自发活动也有变化;治疗组上述行为有明显改善。结论脾虚模型大鼠学习记忆能力下降,归脾汤对上述症状有明显改善作用。

Abstract:ObjectiveThe model of invigorating spleen study that inquiry into the variety remembers the ability and returns the ameliorative function of the soup of spleen.MethodsThe adoption is bitter to have loose bowels, the food compromises honor to add the tired and weariness from overwork the big rat. The model of invigorating spleen examining its study memory and behavior variety. ResultsThe water maze experiment studies the period with remember the period, the model set swims whole distance time grows, the mistake number of times is more; The treatment set swims whole distance time short, mistake number of times less.The diving platform experiment studies the period with remember the period, the model a mistake number of times is more, the incubation period is short.Treatment a mistake number of times less, the incubation period is long. The field experiment, self-moving activity: the model set investigates activity and self-moving activities too contain variety.treatment an above behavior contain obvious improvement. ConclusionThe model of invigorating spleen study remembers the ability the obvious descending, its independence movable ability also descends immediately. Returning the soup of Spleen to the above symptom improves the function.
