脾虚模型大鼠学习记忆障碍及归脾汤的改善作用

目的探讨脾虚模型大鼠学习记忆的变化及归脾汤的改善作用。方法采用苦降泻下、饮食失节加劳倦过度法建立脾虚大鼠模型,检测其学习记忆等行为。结果水迷宫实验:学习期,模型组游全程时间较长(52.91±15.98)s],错误次数较多(5.60±1.90)次],与正常组(39.0±15.72)次;(3.50±1.18)次]比较,差异有显著性(P<0.01);治疗组游全程时间较短,错误次数较少,与正常组比较差异无显著性;A方对照组游全程的时间较长,错误次数较多,与正常组比较差异有显著性(P<0.01);B方对照组游全程的时间较长,与正常组、治疗组比较,差异有显著性(P<0.01),错误次数较少,与正常组、治疗组比较差异无显著性。记忆期,模型组游全程时间较长,错误次数较多,与正常组比较,差异有显著性(P<0.01);治疗组游全程时间较短,错误次数较少,与正常组比较差异无显著性;A方对照组游全程的时间较长,错误次数较多,与正常组、治疗组比较差异有显著性(P<0.01);B方对照组游全程的时间较短,错误次数较少,与正常组、治疗组比较,差异无显著性。跳台实验:学习期和记忆期,模型组错误次数较多,潜伏期短,与正常组比较,差异有显著性(P<0.01);治疗组错误次数较少,潜伏期长,记忆期成绩与正常组比较,差异无显著性;A方对照组错误次数较多,潜伏期短,与正常组、治疗组比较差异显著;B方对照组错误次数较少,潜伏期较长,与正常组、治疗组比较差异无显著性。旷野实验、自发活动:模型组探究活动及自发活动也有变化;治疗组上述行为有明显改善。结论脾虚模型大鼠学习记忆能力下降,归脾汤对上述症状有明显改善作用。
