经腹B 型超声对膀胱癌诊断和分期价值

目的 应用经腹Ｂ型超声研究膀胱癌的诊断和分期，并探讨超声的诊断价值。方法 对４２例经病理证实的膀胱癌进行经腹Ｂ超检查。结果 超声诊断膀胱癌符合率９２．９％（３９／４２），漏诊率４．８％（２／４２），误诊率２．３％（１／４２）；术前分期诊断符合率８９．７％（３５／４２），其中Ｔ１、Ｔ２、Ｔ３和Ｔ４期符合率分别为９６．０％、６６．７％、１００％和１００％，同时还分析了漏误诊原因。结论 经腹Ｂ超对膀胱癌

The Value of Transabdominal Ultrasonography for the Diagnosis and Stage of Bladder Cancer

Objective To study the value of the diagnosis and stage of bladder cancer by transabdominal ultrasonography. Methods 42 patients with bladder cancer which were confirmed on pathologic studies after surgical operation were examined. Results The diagnosis rate of bladder cancer could reach 92.9%(39/42).The coincidence of stage between ultrasound and pathology was 89.7%(35/42),96.0% in stage T 1,66.7% in stage T 2,100% in stage T 3 and 100% in stage T 4.Reasons of misdiagnosis and undetection were also studied. Conclusion Transabdominal ultrasonography is a good method in diagnosis of bladder cancer and it can provide accurate pathologic stage before operation.
