| 摘 要： | 目的 本研究探讨颈淋巴清扫术的并发症及防治方法. 方法 回顾性分析2002- 01～2007-01期间收治的均行颈淋巴清扫手术的130例口腔颌面部鳞癌患者的临床资料,并对其术后并发症进行回顾性分析总结. 结果 130例患者中术后并发症发生率为23.84%(31/130),主要并发症为伤口感染、肩胛综合征、涎瘘、面神经下颌缘支损伤、乳糜瘘、皮瓣坏死. 结论 可以通过提高手术技巧降低手术的并发症发生率.

| Abstract: | Objective To study the complications of oral maxillofacial squamous cell carcinoma after neck dissection and its prevention and treatment.MethodsThe clinical data of 130 patients with oral cancer were analyzed retrospectively,who received neck lymph dissection from Jan.2002 to Jan.2007.ResultsOf 130 patients,31(23.84%) had complications after neck dissection,including incision infection,shoulder syndrome,salivary fistula,injury of marginal mandibular branch of facial nerve,chylous fistula and flap necrosis.ConclusionComplications after neck dissection could be decreased by improving surgical skills. |
