| 摘 要： | 目的:分别观察天灸关元、命门穴对佐剂性关节炎大鼠细胞免疫功能的影响,探究关元、命门穴之间在细胞免疫调节方面的差异。方法:建立与类风湿性关节炎(RA)病理变化基本相似的佐剂性关节炎(AA)大鼠模型,随机分为空白对照组、模型组、天灸命门组、天灸关元组,测定血清中IL-2含量;计算胸、脾指数。观察天灸单穴命门、关元穴对关节炎症状的影响及免疫作用。结果:(1)对于IL-2:两穴均可升高IL-2,天灸关元、命门穴组间差异有统计学意义,天灸关元穴优于天灸命门穴组(P0.05);(2)对胸、脾指数:天灸命门、关元穴均可提高胸指数,降低脾指数,但两组之间差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:天灸关元、命门穴均能提高AA大鼠IL-2水平,具有正向的免疫调节作用。天灸关元穴对AA大鼠细胞免疫功能的影响优于天灸命门穴。 |
