| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨超声在腹腔镜下胆囊切除术（LC）前的诊断价值。方法：对896例超声诊断胆囊疾病与LC结果进行分析。结果：超声诊断与LC符合率98．88％,超声正确诊断提供了手术适应症。结论：超声诊断胆囊疾病准确,对选择LC适应症具有重要价值。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the diagnostic value of ultrasonic examination in Laparoscopic cholecystectomy(LC).Methods:Eight hundred and ninty six cases with cholecystic diseases were diagnosed with ultrasound and compared with LC results.Results:Coincidental rate was 98 88%.Accurate ultrasonic diagnosis provided indications of laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Conclusions:Ultrasonic diagnoses for cholecystic diseases is accurate.Preoperative ultrasonography plays an important role in accomplishing LC. |
