焦虑状态下松弛技术干预与人格特点的相关性

目的研究军人焦虑状态下松弛技术干预效果与人格特点的相关性。方法海防团心理调查中对34例焦虑状态者予松弛技术干预,应用艾森克人格问卷(EPQ)、焦虑量表(SAS)和意志力问卷调查, 对干预效果与人格特点的相关性进行分析。结果内、外向N、E维度与松弛技术干预效果呈正相关(r= 0．328、0．346);松弛技术干预前后焦虑总分变化明显(P<0．01)、意志品质无线性相关。结论松弛技术干预效果受人格倾向影响,注重人格塑造对学会放松、克服焦虑心境有指导意义。

An analysis on the correlation between relaxation intervention and personality characteristics under patients' anxiety state

Objective To study the correlation between relaxation intervention and personality characteristics under anxiety state of the army-men.Method After given relaxation intervention for 2 week,34 anxiety army-men of a coast defense regiments had been taken with the Eysenck Personality Questionnaires.the anxiety degree evaluation,and psychokinetic,meanwhile the correlation between ralaxation intervention and personality characteristic was analysed.Results There was positive correlation between the N,E dimensionality of the diffidence or extroversion and the effect of relaxation intervention (r=0.328, 0.346);the total score of anxiety changed significantly before and after the relaxation intervention(P<0.01); there is no correlation between volition and relaxation intervention.Conclusion The personality trend can effect the relaxation intervention results,molding personality has significantly good instruction for learning relaxation and conquering anxiety state.
