骨形成蛋白4在结肠癌组织中的表达及临床意义

目的研究骨形成蛋白4（BMP-4）在结肠癌中的表达及其临床意义。方法以免疫组织化学法（SP法）检测65例结肠癌、30例结肠腺瘤、30例正常结肠组织石蜡切片中BMP-4的表达，并分析其与临床病理的关系。结果结肠癌组织中BMP-4阳性表达率为61．5％（40／65例），结肠腺瘤表达率为17％（5／30例），正常结肠组织阳性表达率为7％（Z／30）且两者间比较差异有统计学意义（P〉0．05）。此外，BMP-4的阳性表达在不同性别、年龄及肿瘤大小的结肠癌组织患者间无统计学差异（P〉0．05）；BMP-4的阳性表达在分期、分化程度及有无淋巴结转移中有统计学差异（P〈O．05）。结论结肠癌组织中存在BMP-4的阳性表达，其表达与结肠癌的恶性程度相关。

Clinical value of bone morphogenetic protein-4 overexpressed in colon carcinoma and clinical value

Objective To investigate the role of bone morphogenetic protein 4 （BMP-4） on the proliferation and apoptosis in colon carcinoma. Methods 65 colon carcinoma paraffin specimens,30 colon adenoma paraffin specimens and 30 normal mucosa paraffin specimens were analyzed by immunohistochemistry SP methods. Results The positive rate of BMP-4 was 61.50/oo（40/65） in colon carcinoma, 17%（5/30） in colon adenoma and 7%（2/30） in colon normal mucosa. The expression of BMP-4 in colon cancer was closely correlated with Duke＇s classification, cell differentiation and lymph node metastasis. Conclusion BMP-4 protein is over-expressed in colon cancer,may be correlate with poor prognosis.
