外用溃疡散在Leep刀术后治疗慢性宫颈炎200例临床观察

目的观察外用溃疡散在Leep刀术后治疗慢性宫颈炎的疗效。方法采用Leep刀术后治疗200例慢性宫颈炎,所有病例分治疗组120例和对照组80例,治疗组术后即刻用碘伏原液冷却创面并上外用溃疡散2支,3天后隔日上药1支;对照组80例术后仅隔日用碘伏原液换药1次。手术后观察阴道排液、伤口出血时间、出血量和愈合时间。结果治疗组阴道排液及出血时间均短于对照组、出血量也少于对照组。结论外用溃疡散联合Leep刀治疗宫颈炎优于单独使用leep刀手术,值得临床推广和应用。

200 cases of clinical observation on External ulcer powder after Leep operation for treatment of chronic cervicitis

Objective To observe the external ulcer powder（traditional Chinese medicine waiyongkuiyangsan） in treatment of chronic cervicitis after Leep （Loop Operation Electrosurgical Excision Procedure）operation. Methods After Leep operation, 200 cases of chronic cervicitis were devided into study Group （n= 120） and control group （n=80）. The study Group were with iodine liquid cooling and the powder on topical ulcers; the control group 80 cases were only sepa- rated by daily povidone-iodine liquid. Observation of vaginal discharge, post-operative wound bleeding time, blood loss, and healing time. Results The study Group had shorter vaginal discharge and bleeding time and smaller bleeding anount than the control group. Conclusion The San joint Leep knife Cervieitis leep knife surgery is better than used alone, is worthy of promotion and application of topical ulcers.
