腹腔镜下两种全子宫切除术效果分析

目的探讨腹腔镜下两种全子宫切除术的应用效果及临床价值。方法对96例患者分别进行腹腔镜下筋膜内全子宫切除术（CISH）或腹腔镜下全子宫切除术（LTH），比较两组病人术中术后情况。结果两组病人的手术时间，术后疼痛发生率，术中出血量，术后使用抗生素时间，体温升高情况，肛门排气情况，术后下床活动时间和术后住院时间均无差异。LTH组术后性生活恢复时间较CISH组延长，两组均无手术并发症发生。结论腹腔镜下筋膜内全子宫切除术和腹腔镜下全子宫切除术都是安全可行的。两种手术方式各有优缺点，应根据患者具体情况选择具体的手术方式。

Effect Analysis of Two Methods of Laparoscopic Hysterectomy

Objective To discuss the application and the clinical value of two methods of laparoscopic hysterectomy. Methods 96 cases were divided into 2 groups and received laparoscopic classical intra fascia supracervical hysterectomy or laparoscopic hysterectomy respectively, and a comparison of postoperative situations between the patients in the 2 groups. Result There existed no difference between the 2 groups in operation duration,the occurrence of pain,the bleeding volume in operation,the time-length of the antibiotic administration after operation, body temperature, anal exsuffiation, postoperative ambulation time and the time of hos- pitalization after operation ; the time to normal sexual life of the patients receiving laparoscopic hysterectomy was longer than that of the patients receiving laparoscopic classical intra fascia supracervical hysterectomy; no complications were found in both groups. Conclusions The two methods are feasible and safe,each has its own advantages and shortcomings; the selection of the methods depends on the actual condition of the patient.
