荞麦花叶总黄酮对糖尿病大鼠的心脏保护作用

摘    要:目的观察荞麦花叶总黄酮(TFBFL)对链脲佐菌素(STZ)加脂肪乳诱导的糖尿病大鼠心肌的保护作用,并探讨可能机制。方法采用STZ腹腔注射加脂肪乳灌胃诱导糖尿病大鼠模型。观察TFBFL治疗前后血糖、血脂,计算心脏重量指数(HWI)和左室重量指数(LVMI)、光镜下观察心肌组织的形态结构改变和电镜观察心肌超微结构的改变。结果TFBFL降低糖尿病大鼠空腹血糖(FBG)、总胆固醇(T-CH0)、甘油三酯(TG)、游离脂肪酸(FFA),改善糖尿病大鼠心脏左心室结构,抑制糖尿病大鼠HWI和LVMI的增加。结论TFBFL对STZ所致2型糖尿病大鼠心肌的损伤具有一定的抑制作用。

Effect of total flavones of buckwheat flower and leaf on heart in diabetic rat

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of total flavones of buckwheat flower and leaf (TFBFL) on heart in diabetic Rats. Methods Type-2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) was induced by intraperitoneal injection of streptozotocin. At the end of the experiment, blood glucose and fat was measured. The heart weight index and left ventricular mass index were measured. The structure of myocardial tissues was analyzed with light microscope and electron microscope. Results FBG, TC, TG and FFA in TFBFL group were lower than that in model group. The LVMI and HWI of model group were decreased. Conclusion TFBFL could attenuate miocardial damage in T2DM model.
