| 摘 要： | 本文针对新使命条件下人才队伍建设的新标准和要求，提出了人才队伍建设的三种对策：确立“作战需求、持续发展、都能成才”的人才培养理念；构建“超前式、开放式、综合式”的人才培养模式；建立“党委统管、持续培养、竞争激励”的人才培养机制。

| Abstract: | Be directed to the new standard and demand of talent construction in new era,the author put forward three countermeasures.The first one is establishing cultivation idea of meeting the need of war,sustainable development and all members having chance.The second one is setting up leading,open and comprehensive talent cultivation mode.The last one is forming cultivation mechanism of unifying management,continuing cultivation and competition stimulating. |
