| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨老年肺结核合并肺部真菌感染的护理方法.方法:对164例老年肺结核患者入院时行常规真菌检测并对其肺部真菌感染的相关基础疾病、病原菌分类、及治疗、护理结果进行分析.结果:根据临床特点和药敏试验给予合理治疗和护理,本组患者结核菌转阴132例,转阴率80.5%,真菌全部转阴.结论:老年肺结核合并肺部真菌感染发病率高,入院行常规药敏检测,早期采用有效的治疗与合理护理是改善患者预后,提高生活质量的重要措施之一.

| Abstract: | Objective: To explore nursing approach for senile patients with pulmonary tuberculosis associated with fungal infection of the lung.Methods: Fungi examination was conducted for 164 patients after hospitalization and analysis was carried out on the correlated basic diseases,fungal populations,treatment and nursing outcome.Results: Tubercle bacillus turned negative in 132 cases,the clearance rate was 80.5%.Conclusion: The incidence of senile pulmonary tuberculosis associated with fungal mfection of the lung is high.Regular drug sensitivity tests after hospitalization and early effective treatment and adequate nursing care are regarded as the fundamental measures to improve patient's prognosis and quality of life. |
