肝硬化合并臀部血肿诊治体会

目的 总结肝硬化合并臀部血肿的诊治体会.方法 回顾性分析近3年来我院收治的6例肝硬化合并臀部血肿患者,就其临床特点及治疗进行分析.结果 (1)患者均有乏力、纳差、腹胀、发热;有慢性肝病面容,贫血外观,皮肤巩膜黄染等;臀部可见大片瘀斑、肿胀、触痛等.(2)除了常规卧床、制动、密切监测生命体征外,可给予止血、护肝、利尿、抗感染及营养支持治疗.(3)5例患者经治疗血肿吸收,全身情况好转;1例患者因肝功能进行性衰竭而死于并发症.结论 肝硬化合并臀部血肿由于凝血功能异常导致血肿不易吸收,临床处理时除全身使用止血药、局部制动外,积极补充凝血因子兼顾治疗原发病有助于减少并发症,提高患者的治愈率.
