| 摘 要： | 为贯彻卫生部全国护理工作会议精神,北京市围绕＂优质护理服务示范工程＂活动主题的护理工作全面展开。通过岗位公开、职责透明、竞争上岗、工效挂钩等改革,切实做到加强基础护理,规范护理服务,目标是按照分级护理标准,由护理人员承担患者住院期间应得到的护理服务,减少由患者自聘的护工,加强病房管理,保证医疗安全。

| Abstract: | To implement the conception of national nursing conference,High Quality Nursing Service Demonstration Project was developed in Beijing.By the reforms of open positions,transparent responsibilities,competitive and performance based bonus,basic nursing was strengthened and nursing service was standardized.The objective of High Quality Nursing Service Demonstration Project is classification nursing.Nurses should finish professional nursing service for inpatient and carers employed by patient should be reduced.... |
