256排螺旋CT引导介入治疗卵巢囊肿的临床分析

目的 探讨256排螺旋CT引导下介入治疗卵巢囊肿的临床疗效.方法 本文选择本院收治的97例卵巢囊肿患者随机分为观察组(n=49)和对照组(n=48).对照组患者采用传统手术行卵巢囊肿剥除,治疗组患者采用256排螺旋CT引导下介入治疗.观察比较2组手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间和临床疗效,记录术后并发症发生情况.结果 观察组手术时间、术中出血量和住院时间均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=-9.215,P=0.000;t=-4.887,P=0.000;t=-7.385,P=0.000).观察组临床有效率为85.71％,高于对照组的64.58％,差异有统计学意义(Z=-2.328,P=0.020).观察组术后并发症发病率为8.89％,低于对照组的15.91％,差异有统计学意义(χ2=1.012,P=0.314).结论 CT引导下介入治疗卵巢囊肿临床疗效显著,创伤小,可以有效改善患者生活质量,值得推广应用.

Clinical analysis of 256-slice spiral CT guided interventional treatment of ovarian cyst

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of 256-slice spiral CT guided interventional therapy for ovarian cyst. Methods 97 cases of ovarian cysts treated in our hospital were randomly divided into the observation group (n=49)and the control group (n=48).The patients in the control group were treated with traditional surgery to remove the ovarian cyst,and the treatment group was treated with 256-slice spiral CT guided interventional therapy.The operation time,amount of blood loss during operation, hospitalization time and clinical efficacy of the two groups was observed and compared and the postoperative complications were recorded.Results The operation time,the amount of bleeding during operation,the hospitalization time in observation group was lower than those of in control group.The difference had statistically significant (t =-9.215,P =0.000;t =-4.887,P =0.000;t =-7.385,P =0.000).The clinical effective rate of observation group was 85 .71 ％ ,higher than that of 64 .58 ％ control group,and the difference was statistically significant (Z =-2.328,P =0.020).The incidence of postoperative complication in the observation group was 8.89％ which was lower than 15.91％ in the control group and the difference was statistically significant (χ2 =1.012,P =0.314).Conclusion CT guided interventional treatment of ovarian cysts is effective and less traumatic,and can effectively improve the quality of life of patients which indicates that it is worthy of popularization and application.
