乳腺癌相关抗原的表达及其与临床病理因素的关系

应用ABC法对62例乳腺病变组织进行抗乳腺癌McAbs及ER免疫组化染色,并对其中5例乳腺癌用免疫电镜进行抗原超微结构水平的定位观察。结果发现:①McAbs相应抗原在癌旁乳腺组织及乳腺增生症中表达微弱,而在乳腺癌中表达较强,其相应抗原位于细胞膜上;②抗原的表达与患者的月经状况、TNM分期、肿瘤大小、组织学类型、组织学分级、腋窝淋巴结转移情况均无关系。提示该组McAbs可以作为放免显像及导向治疗较为理想的载体。

Expression of Tumor-Associated Antigens in Breast Cancer and Its Relation with Clinical Pathological Factors

Immunohistochemical technique ABC method was used to study expression of the antigens defined by McAbs A_(12), BG_6,1D_8 and of ER in 62 cases of primary breast Iesion. The ultrastructural location of these antigens in 5 cases of breast carcinoma was also studied with immunoelectron microsopic technique. The experimental results showed that: 1. These antigens demonstrated weakly in nonmalignant breast lesion, but strongly in breast carcinoma. Under electron microscope, these antigens existed on the membrane of the carcinoma cell. 2. The presence of all 3 antigens was independent of menopausal status, tumor size, estrogen receptor state, histological type, axillary lymph node matestases and TNM. These results indicate that these McAbs can be used as an ideal carrier in the radioimmunoimage and immunotherapy.
