醒脑静对椎-基底动脉供血不足患者脑血流的影响

目的　评价醒脑静治疗椎 -基底动脉供血不足 (VBI)的临床疗效及对椎动脉血流的影响。方法　将70例VBI患者随机分成治疗组和对照组 ,观察疗效 ,治疗前后彩色普勒超声检测椎动脉血流参数。结果　治疗组显效率和有效率明显高于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 ,P <0 .0 1) ;治疗组起效时间及最大效应时间均较对照组明显缩短 (P<0 .0 0 5 ,P <0 .0 0 1) ;治疗组中治后各参数均较治疗前明显改善 (P <0 .0 5 ,P <0 .0 0 1) ,且两组治疗后相比治疗组各参数均明显较对照组改善 (P <0 .0 0 5 ,P <0 .0 0 1)。结论　醒脑静具有扩张椎动脉和解痉作用 ,从而改善血供 ,是治疗VBI安全、有效的药物。

Effect of Brain Blood Flow in Treatment of Vertebrobasilar Inefficiency with Xing Nao Jing Injection

Purpose To evaluate the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine Xing Nao Jing injection to patients with vertebrobasilar inefficiency (V.B.I) and effect of the blood flow of vertebral artery (V.A.).Methods Seventy cases were divided into two groups:treatment group (Xing Nao Jing) and the control group (Dan Sheng) randomly,observing effect of treatment and detecting the parameters of blood flow of the V.A.before and after treatment.Results Remarkable response rate and response rate in treatment group were higher than that in the control group ( P<0.05,P <0.01);beginning and greatest effective time in the treatment group were shorter than that in the control group ( P<0.005,P <0.001).In the treatment group each parameter (including D,SPV,EDV,PI,RI of V.A.)after treatment was better improved than that before treatment,and also these parameters were better than that after treatment in the control group.Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine Xing Nao Jing injection can improve blood supply of V.A. remarkably through expanding V.A. and releasing spasm of V.A.Therefore,it is a safe and effective drug used for treating V.B.I.
