| 摘 要： | 动物器官如果能应用于临床，可以为人类提供无限的供体器官来源，推动器官移植技术的迅速发展。进行异种移植必须克服排斥反应和移植后所带来的最大的潜在危险——跨物种感染，虽然由于器官移植而发生跨物种感染的事件目前尚未发生，但试管内实验证实了跨物种感染的可能。并且利用动物器官涉及的一些相关的伦理问题也已经引起人们的广泛关注。

| Abstract: | The clinical application of xenotransplantation can provide unlimited donator organs, and promote the rapid development of organ transplantation. Xenotransplantation must overcome rejection and cross - species infection, and the latter adverse reaction is known as the biggest potential danger brought by xenotransplantation. Although cross - species infection caused by xenotransplantation has not yet occurred, test - tube experiments have already confirmed the possibility of cross - species infection. Besides, ethical issues related to the use of animal organs have been a heated social concern. |
