黄芪注射液对病毒性心肌炎细胞感染模型的影响

目的研究黄芪注射液体外对病毒性心肌炎细胞感染模型的影响.方法以柯萨奇 B3m病毒感染新生SD 大鼠的培养心肌细胞,将黄芪注射液加入培养体系后,观察病毒感染前后细胞病变、搏动情况,检测培养液中心肌酶的改变.结果培养的SD大鼠搏动心肌细胞感染柯萨奇B3m病毒后,逐步出现细胞病变,细胞停止搏动.经黄芪注射液处理后病变减轻,心肌酶水平明显下降.结论黄芪注射液具有良好的抗病毒作用,能显著减轻病毒性心肌炎心肌细胞的损伤.

Effects of Huangqi Parenteral Solution to the Model of Viral Myocarditis Infection in Myocytes

Objective To investigate the effects of Huangqi parenteral solution to the model of viral myocarditis infection in rat myocytes. Methods Cultured new born rat myocytes was infected with Coxsackie B3m virus. We observed cytopathic effect, the beating rate and cardiac enzyme by automatic biochemical analysis instrument after and before adding Huangqi parenteral solution to the culturing system. Results After CVB3m infection the beating rate decreased and then stopped, and the ultrastructural damage was serious. But the level of cardiac enzymes decreased significantly and ultrastructural damage getting better by adding Huangqi parenteral solution. Conclusions Huangqi parenteral solution has satisfactory antivirus action and it can relieve the damage of myocardial cell of viral myocarditis.
