LASIK手术的社会医学和心理学分析

目的：研究ＬＡＳＩＫ手术前后的心理表现和社会医学问题。方法：用问卷调查的形式对１６９ 例ＬＡＳＩＫ术后患者进行调查，主要了解手术前后的心理状况、对手术的自觉满意程度以及有关的社会医学问题。结果：受术者以脑力劳动及需要较好视力职业者为多，９５．２７ ％ 的人对手术有过一些或详细了解，并仔细考虑过。７５ ．１５ ％ 的人术前表现为心情平稳和信心百倍。术后９８ ．８２ ％ 的人自觉手术非常满意或尚满意，不满意率仅１．１８ ％ 。尚满意和不满意的原因为术前期望值较高、视力回退和有并发症。结论：ＬＡＳＩＫ手术效果良好，其社会反馈均为正反馈。

Analysis of psychosocial factors in patients with LASIK

Objective:To investigate the psychological and sociomedical problems in patients with laser in situ keratomileusis (LASIK).Methods:Questionnaires from 169 patients who had undergone a LASIK procedure were studied.The investigation covered both preoperative and postoperative psychological activities,the level of satisfaction,and the relative sociomedical problems for LASIK.Results:Careers for most patients demanded mental concentration and good visual acuity.95.3% tients had partial or complete comprehension of the LASIK procedure,and had carefully thought about the operation.75.2% of patients felt calm or had sufficient confidence before the LASIK procedure.98.8% of patients felt excellent or general satisfaction about the operation,and only 1.2% reported dissatisfaction.Conclusion:Reasons for dissatisfaction were high expectations,visual acuity regression and complications
