血小板输注无效的原因分析及其护理对策

目的 :为了解血小板输注无效的原因。方法 :对 83例机采血小板输注效果进行分析。结果 :感染与非感染、免疫与非免疫因素对血小板输注效果均有影响。脾肿大对血小板输注效果无影响 ,可能与调查样本少有关。结论 :在保证血小板制剂质量的前提下 ,应避免或减少输注过程中血小板破坏 ,避免各种诱发因素 ,预防血小板输注无效的发生。对输注无效者应重点观察有无出血倾向

Causative Analysis and Nursing Countermeasures of Ineffica-cy of Platelets Transfusion

Objective: to find out the cause of inefficacy of platelets transfusion of patients. Method: the effectiveness of a total of 83 cases had been accepted platelets transfusion was analyzed. Results: infection and non-infection, immune and non-immune factors of patients have some impacts on platelets transfusion. However, patients with splenomegaly have little impacts on their platelets transfusion, which may due to smaller sample size. Conclusion: on the basis of good quality of platelets preparation, one should avoid or decrease the destroy of platelets during the transfusion. One should try to avoid all inducing factors to prevent the inefficacy of platelets transfusion. For those patients with inefficacy of platelets transfusion, one should observe closely on their hemorrhagic tendency.
