蒿甲醚治疗卡氏肺孢子虫肺炎大鼠及其对IL-2的影响

目的探讨蒿甲醚对卡氏肺孢子虫肺炎大鼠IL-2的影响。方法给SD大鼠皮下注射地塞米松磷酸钠建立卡氏肺孢子虫肺炎动物模型,治疗组给予蒿甲醚治疗。放免法和酶免法分别检测血清和支气管肺泡灌洗液中IL-2水平。结果和感染对照组比较,蒿甲醚治疗组大鼠症状显著改善,肺印片中卡氏肺孢子虫包囊数目显著减少,肺组织炎症明显减轻,血清和肺泡灌洗液中IL-2水平分别为3.13+0.29 ng/ml和294.44+65.64 pg/ml,与感染组5.63+0.67 ng/ml和594.80+102.20pg/ml相比明显降低,有显著性差异(p<0.01)。结论蒿甲醚具有一定抗大鼠卡氏肺孢子虫肺炎作用,能够降低PCP大鼠IL-2。

Treatment and Effect of Artemether on IL-2 in Rats Infected with Pneumocystis Carinii Pneumonia

Objective To explore the effect artemether(ATM) on interleukin-2(IL-2) in Pneumocystis carinii pneumonia(PCP) model rats.Methods Sprague-Dawley(SD) rats were subcutaneously injected with dexamethasone sodium phosphate,the treatment group was treated by Artemether(ATM),the level of IL-2 in sera was detected by radioimmunoassay(RIA),the level of IL-2 in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid(BALF) was detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).Results Compared with infection control group,in the treatment group the symptom was greatly relieved,the number of Pneumocystis carinii(Pc) cysts was markedly reduced in the lung print smear,the inflammation in lung tissues was obviously lightened,the level of IL-2 in sera and BALF in infection control group was 5.63+0.67 ng/ml和594.80+102.20pg/ml,the level of IL-2 in sera and BALF in the treatment group was 3.13+0.29ng/ml和294.44+65.64 pg/ml,which was significantly decreased,there was significant difference(p<0.01).Conclusion ATM is effective in the treatment of PCP in rats,which may reduce the level of IL-2 in PCP rats.
