无痛胃肠镜对伴发心血管病患者的安全性观察

目的探讨无痛胃肠镜(又称全身麻醉胃肠镜)在伴发心血管病患者中应用的安全性。方法观察34例伴发高血压病、22例伴发冠心病的患者在进行无痛胃、肠镜检查时血压、心电图、SpO2等指标的变化。结果伴发高血压病者收缩压下降5～13mmHg，舒张压下降5～10mmHg。伴发冠心病者心率在正常范围内波动，心电图上心律及ST段无异常变化。SpO2大于95％。全部患者在受检后5分钟内苏醒。结论无痛胃肠镜检查对伴发高血压者是安全的，对伴发冠心病、无严重心功能不全及房室传导阻滞者是安全的。

The observation of the safety on patients with cardiovascular disease during endoscopy with general anaesthesia

Objective To explore the safety of the endoscopy with general anaesthesia of the patients with cardiovascular diseases. Methods Thirty-four patients with hypertension and 22 patients with coronary heart disease were inspected by endoscopy under the general anaesthesia, and their blood pressure, ECG, and SpO2 were observed. Results The blood pressure of the patients with hypertension decreased by 5 ~ 13 mmHg in systolic pressure and 5-10 mmHg in diastolic pressure. The heart rate of patients with coronary disease was in normal range, ECG displayed no exceptional change in ST stage and cardiac rhythm. All patients recovered in a short time. Conclusions The general anaesthetia during endoscopy is safe for patients with hypertension or coronary heart disease who have no heart-failure or atrioventricular block.
