| 摘 要： | 目的：加强临床教学工作管理与创新，提高医学生培养质量。方法：加强临床教学工作的改革和创新，完善教学管理体制和制度，构建临床教学质量监控体系，加强临床教学师资队伍建设，提高医疗质量建设，改革教学方法，增强教学实力，不断改善教学条件，增进学生的素质教育。结果：临床教学工作逐步走上了制度化、规范化的轨道，教学质量不断提高，医院综合实力得到发展。结论：不断地加强临床教学工作，是保证医学生培养质量的有效措施，是促进医院建设与发展的途径之一。

| Abstract: | In strengthening the management and innovation of the practical teaching of c1inical medicine,we have taken the right turning and got a satisfactory result:the quality of the clinical teaching work increasing unceasingly and the hospital developing comprehensively.Strengthening the clinical teaching proves to be one of the effective measures to guarantee the quality of the medical students and promote hospital construction and development. |
