抚触联合深呼吸在剖宫产手术中的应用观察

目的探讨抚触联合深呼吸干预在剖宫产手术中的作用。方法选取我院收治的120例剖宫产产妇,按完全随机法分为两组,每组60例,对照组实施一般手术常规护理,观察组除一般常规护理外,在术中给予抚触和深呼吸等护理干预。观察两组产妇的麻醉药初始用量及术中使用情况、手术时间、不良反应、术中疼痛程度及患者满意度并进行比较。结果两组产妇的麻醉药初始用量无差异;观察组产妇术中麻醉药追加量少于对照组（P〈0.05）,术中需追加麻醉药的例数也少于对照组（P〈0.05）,观察组产妇术中镇痛效果好于对照组（P〈0.05）,手术时间缩短（P〈0.05）,不良反应发生率底（P〈0.05）,患者满意度高（P〈0.05）。结论在剖宫产手术中实行抚触和深呼吸干预,能增加产妇的术中舒适度和满意度,减少并发症。

The effect of touching care combined with deep breathing in patients undergoing cesarean section

Objective To explore touching care combined with deep breathing in the role of cesarean section.Methods 120 patients undergoing elective cesarean section were randomly divided into two groups of 60 cases,the patients in two groups were treated with conventional nursing during the operation.In addition to conventional nursing,the patients in observation group received touching care and the guidance of deep breathing.The initial and supplementary dosage of anesthetic,intraoperative pain intensity,duration of operation,complications,and patient satisfaction between the two groups were observed and compared.Results The initial dosage of anesthetic between the two groups is approximate.The supplementary of anesthetic dosage in the observation group were observed less than that in the control group during the operation(P < 0.05).The number of patients who required additional anesthetic in the observation group was also less than that in the control group(P < 0.05).The analgesic effect of the observation group was better than the control group(P < 0.05).The mean duration of operation was shorter and the incidence of complications was lower in the observation group than that in the control group(P < 0.05).Patient`s satisfaction of the observation group was higher compared with the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion The touching care combined with deep breathing in cesarean section is beneficial to patients,which can increase intraoperative comfort and satisfaction of patients and reduce complications.
