山东省社区医生选择基本药物动机分析

目的调查分析社区医生处方基本药物的习惯、意愿及动机,为基本药物制度的进一步完善提供科学依据。方法随机抽取山东潍坊,济南和聊城3市36个城市社区卫生服务机构,对145名社区医生进行问卷调查。结果 89.66%(130/145)的医生表示愿意提供基本药物,10.34%(15/145)持中性态度;90%(117/130)被调查的社区医生认为基本药物价格低是其愿意选择基本药物的动机,其余动机依次为基本药物的报销比例大,疗效好,不良反应少,病人主动要求,上级文件要求等。结论基本药物价格低、报销比例大是社区医生愿意选择基本药物的主要原因。

Motive in choosing essential drugs among community doctors in Shandong province

Objective To examine the mtoive and hehavior in prescibing essential drugs among community doctors and to provide scientific basis for the improvement of national essential drugs system.Methods Thirty-six community health service institutions in Weifang,Ji’nan,and Liaocheng city were randomly selected and 154 community doctors were surveyed with a questionnaire.Results There were 89.66% of doctors reproting their disposition to prescribe essential drugs and 15 doctors reported the neutral attitude toward essential drugs.Among the doctors 117(90.00%) thought that low price was the reason to choose essential drugs and 86.00% of the doctors considered the higher proportion of reimbursement when prescribing essential durgs.Better curative effect,low side effect,request of the patient,and demand of the supervisor were other motives for the doctors to prescribe esential drugs.Conclusion Low price and higher proportion of reimbursement are the major motives for community doctors to prescibe the essential drugs.
