妇产科围手术期患者抗菌药物应用时间分析

目的探讨三级甲等医院妇产科围手术期患者抗菌药物的应用时间,评估抗菌药物的合理应用状况。方法随机抽取天津市某三级甲等医院2010年6月-2011年6月妇产科围手术期患者300例,采用SPSS 16.0软件进行抗菌药物应用时间统计分析。结果Ⅰ类切口患者51例,Ⅱ类切口患者249例,抗菌药物应用率为100%,用药时间为(6.7±2.9)d,61例患者用药时间分布不恰当,其中21.31%(13/61)的患者术前未用药,19.67%(12/61)的患者术前用药大于2 h;14.75%(9/61)患者手术时间超过3 h,但术中无追加用药。结论需加强该三级甲等医院妇产科手术患者抗菌药物应用时间的管理。

Application time of antibacterials for gynecologic and obstetric patients druing peroperative period

Objective To assess the application time of antibacterials for gynecologic and obstetric patients during peroperative period for rational drug use among the patients.Methods Data of 300 patients undergoing gynecologic or obstetric operation were randomly selected from June 2010 to June 2011 from a first-class hospital at grade 3 in Tianjin.The data of application time of antibacterials was studied retrospectively.Results Fifty-one patients with class I incision and 249 with class II incision had history of antibacterials use during peroperative period with anaverage usage time of 6.7±2.9 days.Of all patients,61 were applied antibacterials at unreasonable time,of which 21.31% without antibacterials before the operation,19.67% with antibacterials 2 hours earlier before the operation,and 14.75% without additive medicine during the operation time longer than 3 hours.Conclusion Management of application time of antibacterials for gynecologic and obstetric patients with surgical operation should be strengthened in the first-class hospital at grade 3 in Tianjin city.
