| Abstract: | The chemokine co-receptor has close relations to HIV-1 infection.Binding to CD4 typically is followed by binding to either the CCR5 or CXCR4 co-receptor,which is required for fusion to proceed.The development of chemokine co-receptor may provide new tools to address this important pathogenesis question about HIV-1 infection. |
