| 摘 要： | Objective To observe the effect of comprehensive nursing measures on pregnant women with bronchial asthma.Methods Through design of own control,25 pregnant women with bronchial asthma weren ursed with comprehensive nursing measures,includingmental nursing,airwaynursing and fetal monitoring and so on.The frequency and duration of asthmatic attack and fetal heart rate fetal movement were recordedon admission and prior to discharge.Results Nursed by comprehensive measures.the frequency and duration of asthmatic attack decreased whereas the fetal heart rate and fetal m ovement prior to dischargeincre ased when compared with that of admission,whose differeneeshowed statistical significa nce(P＜0.05,P＜0.01).Catwlusitm Comprehensive nursing measures could help pregnant wonlen relieve bronchial asthma and protect the fetuses from embarrassment,which was proved to be an effective and easy method to nurse the pregnant women with bronchial asthma.
