奥曲肽治疗肠梗阻的疗效观察

目的探讨奥曲肽在治疗肠梗阻中的作用。方法收集我科5年来收治的肠梗阻患者96例,随机分为奥曲肽组和对照组,对照组给予常规治疗,奥曲肽组在常规治疗的基础上加用奥曲肽0.1 mg.次-1,ih,Q8h,比较2组的疗效。结果奥曲肽组临床症状及体征明显改善,腹痛腹胀缓解率分别为92%、71.7%（P〈0.05）;肛门排气排便率分别为91.7%、72.1%（P〈0.05）;胃肠减压量明显少于对照组,分别为（221.5±32.49）、（530±18.82）mL.d-1（P〈0.05）;住院时间明显缩短,分别为（8.2±2.3）、（10.7±2.6）d（P〈0.05）。2组中转手术率无差异（P〉0.05）,肠坏死率明显少于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论在常规治疗基础上,早期加用奥曲肽治疗各类型肠梗阻,可明显改善临床症状,缩短住院时间。 更多还原

Effect of octreotide on intestinal obstruction

Objective To determine the effect of octreotide on intestinal obstruction.Methods A total of 96 patients with intestinal obstruction admitted to our ward in the past 5 years were randomly divided into an octreotide group and a control group.The control group received the conventional therapy while the octreotide group received octreotide 0.1 mg ih Q8h basides the conventional therapy,and the efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results The clinical symptoms and signs of the octreotide group significantly improved.Abdominal pain and distension remission rates were 92% and 71.7%（P〈0.05）respectively.Flatus and defecation rates were 91.7% and 72.1%（P〈0.05）respectively.Gastrointestinal decompression in the therapy group （221±32.49）mL·d-1] was significantly less than that in the control group （530±18.82）]m L·d-1（P〈0.05）.The hospital stay time was significantly shorter than the control group,（8.2±2.3）d and（10.7±2.6）d（P〈0.05） respectively.The 2 groups showed no difference in the operation rate（P〉0.05）.Intestinal necrosis in the therapy group was significantly less than that in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Octreotide significantly improves the clinical symptoms and shortens the hospital stay with early treatment for various types of intestinal obstruction.
