扩张型心肌病误诊为肺炎原因分析

目的探讨在临床工作中如何减少对扩张型心肌病的误诊。方法通过对楚雄州广通医院2002年6月至2007年8月就诊患者的观察,结合典型病例分析,将就诊时误诊为"肺炎"5例患者的误诊原因进行初步分析。结果就诊时误诊为"肺炎"的5例患者,出院时均得到确诊。结论临床工作只有养成良好的思维习惯,严谨的工作作风,不断加强业务学习,才是减少对扩张型心肌病误诊的关键。

Analysis of Dilated Cardlomyopathy Misdiagnosed as Pneumonia

Objective This paper mainly discussed how to avoid the misdiagnosis of dilated cardiomyopathy in clinical diagnosis as much as possible. Method By observing and diagnosing the patients in Guangtong Hospital of Chuxiong from June,2002 to August,2007, to analysis the reason of 5 patients misdiagnosed as pneumonia.Result These 5 patients all got a final diagnosis when leaving the hospital. Conclusion In order to deerease the misdiagnosis of dilated cardiomyopathy as much as possible,it is critical to develop good thinking habits, serious work style and strengthen professional study constantly.
